Director, Chartered Financial Planner
Lee Hughes, APFS
Lee is a Chartered Financial Adviser with over 20 years experience in Financial Services. Lee advises clients within the business community throughout the North West where much of his work involves advising clients up to and throughout their retirement. Outside of work Lee is a keen runner and a UKA Qualified Coach in Running Fitness.

Joanne has over 20 years of experience working in financial services and provides financial advice to clients from a range of backgrounds including sportspeople, young professionals and retirees. She ensures that they continue to meet their objectives and adapts their planning to their changing circumstances throughout all stages of life. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys keeping fit.

Anthony Gabbott, CFPTM Chartered MCSI
Tony is a Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Tony focuses on Investment planning and has an active interest in this area outside of work. Away from the office Tony is Chair of his Parish Council but also enjoys spending time with his family at home and during frequent visits to Cornwall. He is also actively involved with the charity UgandAid, visiting Uganda regularly to supervise projects such as housing and the provision of clean water.

Anna Abbott
Anna has worked in the Client Services industry for many years, beginning her career at a High Street bank; then as a Personal Assistant to financial advisers within Asset Management. Anna joined us at Tatton Financial Planning in November 2018 in the position of Client Manager.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys practicing yoga, walking her dogs and spending time in nature.

Tom Kirby
Tom began his career at a local claim’s management company, he then worked for Royal London Mutual Insurance Society for 4 years within their pension’s teams. This is where he obtained the first of his financial planning qualifications and is working towards more in the future.
Away from work Tom enjoys following Manchester City, spending time with his friends and family along with listening to music and playing the guitar.

Jack Parker
Jack joined Tatton Financial Planning in March 2025 as a Financial Planning Administrator, having previously worked in recruitment for nearly three years. He is currently studying towards his Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the aim of becoming a Financial Adviser in the future.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing football, going to the gym and exploring new places.
